Advantages: way ahead of its time, pure fantasy,

Disadvantages: it was taken off air!

this is pure nostalgia for me! when i saw that this programme was featured on this site i felt euphoric for an instance.
this programme rocked! for something shown at 4 in the afternoon it was a little scary! i remember that i loved it but cant quite remember the entire format. it appeared to be like a live computer game with a team of children contestants having to battle past evil characters or complete challenges on levels set in various settings, though if i remember correctly it was generally a medieval setting. oh and there was a wicked part where you were in castle and had to climb on a dragon to fly to the next part of the game. the most memorable bit was when one team member was blindfolded and had to cross a chess board style grid where some of the squares were black holes and the stepping stones between them kept moving. the other team members had to direct the contestant who had to make it to the other side. it so good! with all these kids channels nowadays there are too many rubbish shows when there should be less shows that are better quality.

Summary: such a clever concept for a kids tv show
