Britain Britain Britain oh what a country and that country is the home of two very special actors their names are Matt Lucas and David Williams.

Little Britain came out about the end of 2003. We had seen comedy by the Chucklebrothers, One foot in the grave, The vicar of Dibley but then came a total new brand of comedy British comedy!

DAFFYD THOMAS (the only gay in the village):
Daffyd is played by Mat Lucas he goes round the village doing his day duties e.g goin the newspapers but mostly he is in the pub with his favourite barmate Mafanwe. He exclaimes "I'm the only gay in the village!" then someone would come along and say oh no Im a gay too, or no Ive seen plenty of gays in my gay club and it always ends up with him storming off normlly saying "that's exactly the type of homophobic attitute I come to expect around here!"

Andy And Lou:
This is one of my favourite sketches the plot basicalls is Andy is disabled (or meant to be) and says something like "I wanna go to the opera" or "that one" and Lou normally says "Are you sure?" Andy says Yes Yes Yes so they go to that particular place then Andy will say "I don't Like it." And Lou would be furious.

Emily Howard:
Emily Howard is played by David Wailliams and she claimes to be a lady but she isnt he is just a transfestyte called Edward Howard she try's to tell everyone that he is a lady but fails and storms off.

These are just a few of my favorite setches if I namd them all I could go on all night. The narrator of the program is Tom Baker.

Vicky Pollard

Yeah but no but, in this scene Vicky Pollard is normally asked a question and then she would just burst into a whole lot of nonsense like " I didnt do nothing or nothing shut up I dont even know what you are talking about have you been talking to Cheryl? .... well she aint even got nothing to do with it anyway SHUTUP!"

Marjerie Dawes the woman who runs Fat Fighters.
Denver Mills the olympic silver medalist who goes round doing speeches that are all critisisms.
The scottish man who likes to play a funny whistle ye-e-ss.

Litte Britain series 1 as available on DVD from around £15.99 I reccomend you get it because it is brilliant and if you liked that you can also get the radio series. A episode roughly lasts about half and hour.
