Little britain is the innovative sketch show created by comedy duo Matt Lucas and David Walliams. Set in different areas of britain it provides a comedic view at the eccentricities of the british public.
Some of their most loved characters include Dafydd, the only gay in the village, who refuses to see the widespread gay population all around him, including his best friend, the local barmaid myfanwy.
Vicky Pollard is based upon a bristolian girl, and is the typical chav school drop out. Her famous phrases include "yeah but no but" and "oh my god i so can't believe you just said that".
Other characters include the prime ministers aide, Sebastian, supposedly wheelchair bound Andy and his carer Lou, and Marg, who runs the local fat fighters club.
Walliams and Lucas are brilliant at acting all the different characters...perhaps too good at portraying their female characters!

Theey have made three series for TV followed by a live show that was in my opinion even better. World domination is at thier feet as they move over to America, with the new series little britain USA. However in my opinion, the americanisation of this programme has taken some of the comedy genius out of the show. I'll be sticking to the original series'.

Summary: Good, but stick to the original series.
