The first series did make me cringe to be honest coz i really dont think us brits can produce the sought of Drama and glamour like our american rivals (Laguna Beach, The Hills). UK version of The Hills BUT no way near as entertaining. Based in Audleys Edge, Cheshire (home to wealthy brits and some footie stars apparently) this show follows the highs and Lows of about 10 college students before they decide on Uni. The first series did make me cringe to be honest coz i really dont think us brits can produce the sought of Drama and glamour like our american rivals (Laguna Beach, The Hills). But the 2nd series is slightly better so it is improving, the only orignal to come from the 1st series is Stephen.....and he is a wannabe womaniser who lives in huge house and sponges off his parents. For any of those that are regular readers of my reviews you’ll know I have a general love of any reality TV show that allows me to escape from the monotony of life. I’m a regular watcher of shows such as Laguna Beach and The Hills which follow the lives of the pretty and rich teenagers of America’s most exclusive and privileged locations.
