These cartoons are part of my childhood that will always remain with me. I remember watching the 5 minute animated adventures on a Saturday morning and sometimes at teatime and loving them all. Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck were personal favorites and I always loved the rivalry between these two. In my opinion these cartoons are ageless and appeal to all generations, thanks to DVD I own the majority of these now and frequently find myself reliving my childhood watching them. In an age of CGI and green screen technology there is something innocent and fun in these and I really cant recommend them highly enough. There is genuine humour in the cartoons and the ... Looney Tunes is the collective name for a number of slapstick, 'looney' cartoon characters created by the Warner Bros studio. For well over half a century, we have been treated to the creation and evolution of a number of timeless cartoon characters, each episode with their own number of series of episodes, and each having the luxury of being able to cross over into one another's cartoons, the rights being owned by the same studio. Looney Tunes appeared on our TV screens to give us a good selection of all of the characters, from Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Wile E Coyote, to The Tasmanian Devil, Sylvester and Tweety and Pepe Le Pue! Each episode lasts around the ... Read the complete review

These classic cartoons are fabulous, and thanks to the joy of repeats on tv (sky to be precise) my young boy and friends love this cartoon series. I have been brought back to a child myself. Here are a few old classics, Wykie Coyote and Roadrunner, this is a cartoon about a Coyote who basically spends all day all his life trying to catch a roadrunner.....never suceeding!!! Hilarious scenes of where he is falling off cliffs etc. Sylvester and Tweety Pie, same senario. Sylvester as a cat, hates birds---introduce--Tweety pie the bird. Madcap cartton comedy about their days of chasing each other and what happens in ... Read the complete review

Apart from the simpsons, the looney tunes cartoons are some of the best made. Whether it be Bugs Bunny, or Daffy Duck or the super Marvin the Martian, or my personal favourite Wile Coytee and Road Runner. Of late the television companies have failed to show many, if not any of lonney tunes stock, more in favour for the Pokemon and Digimons, I doubt they will last the test of time, the way these classics have. Many of plots are similiar one character has to try and out wit the other character. The results are always funny, like when wile has another ACME attempt fail, and back fire on himself. They are usually about five minutes long, ... Read the complete review

The best bit of cartoon network by far is the looney tunes bits! They are timeless classics which never cease to amaze me with their mindless violence which is so funny! I bought a looney tunes video when my kids were about 5, a bumper pack of three hours, and who sat and watched it all? yeah you guessed it me!! I just wish that I had shares in ACME though as I would now be a millionaire!!! Beats the stuffing out of the modern nonsense, or is that me being a fuddy duddy. Long may the memory of Mel Blanc live. ... Read the complete review
