Advantages: Relaxing, easygoing chat show

Disadvantages: Not something you would bother recording to watch later

I think this programme is perfect for watching while I eat my lunch.

I enjoy the laughs and the banter and like it for what it is, a gossipy type chat show that's meant to be light and entertaining.

I have notice that many people here on Dooyoo don't like it, finding it boring and 'gossipy' as one reviewer called it, but that's what it's all about.

It is pitched at older viewers who can relate to the topics under discussion and the age group of the presenters. However both men and women of all ages watch it.

Colleen, Jane and Carol are are excellent panel members and these are the ones that are there most of the time.

They do have guests on the programme and sometimes Sherrie joins them. The banter is even funnier when she is there.

The team seem to be able to get plenty out of their guests and there is never a dull moment.

The conversation moves along quickly the presenters are adept at keeping it all going. Andrea McLean and Jackie Brambles take turns at presenting the show.

Topics of conversation tend to be topical but light, or a bit quirky but have included more serious subjects such as divorce, gay marriage, adoption by same sex couples, etc.

The conversation is sometimes a bit raunchy but it is never overtly sexy. There would be no danger of children picking up the references.

I do find the fact that the audience applauds and laughs on cue a bit irritating.

It is almost as though a button is pressed to start it and stop it, a bit like those American shows with 'canned laughter and applause'

The show is an hour long programme which is broadcast every week day at 12.30pm on ITV Lifestyle.

Summary: Great if you are home at lunchtime, switch on and relax

I used to love it but it has gone downhill and is too repetitive
