Firstly, Im probably one of the lost freaks out there, and I am in love with this show. Alot of people say, "I started watching lost, but it got confusing, so i stopped." Its SUPPOSED to confuse you. You're supposed to go away after watching thinking, "well..why was a polar bear there" or "what significance is there with the hatch?" and "whats up with locke?". Get confused but carry on watching.
The show is about a plane crash, and how a group survive, only to realise this is no ordinary island. The island has, powers if you will, which esculate into series to follow. There is also a smoke monster, which doesnt sound scary, but believe me it is. You come to realise each charector has a past, and a possible reason to be on the island, this is shown through clever use of flasbacks.
Theres something for everyone, Kate for the guys, Sawyer for the girls and Hurley for everyone! The mystery will leave you agitated, and logging onto lost-forums.com to search for answers. you WILL become addicted, and WILL spend hours reading theories. But its all good :)!

Summary: excellent excellent
