Easier to watch than Ruby Wax (Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends)
Member Name: DunkWho
Advantages: Varied subject, not "in your face" Disadvantages: series is over all too quickly
Ruby Wax is american, thats why she can get away with filming in america and being as insulting as she is under the guise of "investigative reporting". Louis, now he's a real gent, if he finds things a bit strange he'll say so! Louis' first series of weird weekends was based in the states, he explored quite a few "oddball" and off-the-wall subjects including a brief look at the porn industry (even getting himself a walk on part in 1!). We've had just 1 episode of the new series, again in the states (although I think that future episodes will venture all around the world) this time exploring the self belief conference type setup. He wasnt accusing or biased in anyway, he just finds these things strange and therefore wants to explore them, the section where Louis takes some super-fast chat up line lessons and then dumps himself in the middle of a street is great.
