Advantages: very funny show with memorable characters

Disadvantages: panders to the lowest common denominator in humour

The Bundys are everything the Brady Bunch weren't. Al, the slobby, shoe-selling father, has little control over his family, his finances, and his life. Peggy, his big-haired, bonbon eating, Oprah addicted wife, manages to whine about her life while doing absolutely nothing. Bud, the horny loser son, may be intelligent but seems to always end up alone and looking stupid. Kelly, the airhead daughter, picks up more men than the police and can't seem to grasp even the simplest ideas. Even the dog is neurotic.

The D'Arcys next door are the neighbours from hell. Al's friends are woman-whipped losers. Peggy's family, the Wankers, are inbred hicks from the back woods. Bud's friends are nerds and Kelly's friends are sluts.

All the elements are in place. Stir, and you get one hilarious show.
