Advantages: easy to follow and interesting

Disadvantages: er. none?

Medium is an American television show aired in the UK on the SCI FI and BBC channels. It stars Patricia Arquette as Alison Dubois, a woman who has visions (of both past and future events) which she uses to help the District Attorney's office solve cases. Her character is loosely based around a real life woman.

Each episode focuses around one case, and other characters in the sow include her husband and three daughters, the DA and various other recurring characters.

I enjoy watching this show, all the actors turn in consistently good performances, and the storylines are interesting and not cliched. The show has a range of tones; funny, serious, suspence. It is rarely boring and always easy to follow. I would recommend it to anyone who likes crime shows

So far there have been four seasons of the show, and there have been no signs that the network plans to cancel the show.

Summary: patricia arquette is excellent
