Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is a children's TV programme shown on the Playhouse Disney channel, and just happens to be my 10 month old daughter's favourite programme.
It's shown several times a day.

The show is aimed at pre-schoolers, and always has an educational element to it, whether it's learning colours, counting, or identifying shapes.

The star of the show is none other than Mickey Mouse. He is joined in every episode by Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto and Goofy. Special guests sometimes appear, including Pete, Ludwig Von Drake, Clarabelle Cow, Butch and Figaro.

Each episode has the gang solving a problem with the aid of 3 or 4 "Mouske-tools," provided by "Tootles."

Repetition is a big part of the show, which toddlers just love. and it helps them identify with the show. Songs and phrases are repeated in each episode, and the viewers are encouraged to join in, shout out and dance.

There are 29 episodes in season 1, which are all repeated on Playhouse Disney. Recently they started showing season 2, which is still to be completed, but is expected to consist of 14 episodes.

My daughter goes crazy as soon as she sees Mickey appear on screen & hears the familiar theme tune, and I'm sure it's loved by many more kids out there.
