I am a faithful Most Haunted watcher, i don't believe in it, but i find it entertaining for some reason. If you watch Paranormal Activity the movie you get about as many happenings as Most Haunted and look how successful that film was. It doesn't have to be real to be fun. THE THING IS i didn't go to see Most Haunted Live when it was ... Read the complete review

Wednesday at 10 is my turn for the TV controls, because thats when the current series of Most Haunted is showing on Living TV. I have watched Most Haunted for years, probably since about 2002, when it was first dreamed up by ex Blue Peter presenter Yvette Fielding, and husband Carl Beatty. As an idea,it was brilliant, as ... The first series of Most Haunted began in 2002 as a Uk based show aired on Living TV. The show details paranormal investigations of supposedly the most haunted places in Great Britain. Shown at 9pm on Tuesdays on Living TV, this programme is one of the best comedies on satellite television, the show is presented by Yvette Fielding a former Blue Peter presenter who has fallen on hard times, she is spikey and humourous but overall she is simply a foil for the created chaos around her. Most Haunted is among the most shockingly inane TV shows that I have ever seen, and for all of my insults towards the likes of Eastenders and other tawdry soaps, Most Haunted is arguably worse because it's a PRETENTIOUS bad show, that believes its own hype and think that it's doing something momentus, when, in fact, it's just a load of ... Let's just get this out of the way, I am addicted to watching this programme and yes I do get a lot of stick for it. I'm willing to admit that on some occassions the 'ghostly activity' does seem a bit suspicous and as though they've had to do a spot of ad lib every now and again but what about those moments you cannot possibly explain. ... Most haunted is a show in which a team of people led by Yvette Fielding go in search of ghosts in the most haunted places in the UK. If these are the most haunted places in the UK, id hate to see them trying to find ghosts in the least haunted places in the UK as they havnt found any sound proof yet. Most episodes they pick up some ... Read the complete review

Now that Acorah has left Most Haunted, and has been replaced by David Wells and now Brian Shepard... the show still provides the same entertainment it always has. It matters little if you believe in the ghosts or not, it always seems to come up with the odd thing that seems 'unexplainable'. A good example of this is the 'Dartford libary' show. There is some impressive book throwing, especially when a a book on a certain subject is asked for... it 'magically' falls off a shelf. Apparently, this is doen by the spirit of an old librarian, who died int he 60's.Please watch, you will be entertained whatever your beliefs in such things. It has provided my wife and myself with some of the most moving, funniest and weirdest TV we have ever seen.

Firstly they should change the name of this show to "Most Advert Breaks" - There must be more adverts than there is show time. I see Most Haunted is back. I was glad until I watched it today. If they were serious about the investigations they would stop screaming like 8-year-olds and start thinking like adults. Where is the science? the curiousity about how spirits think and feel? A haunted place is PERFECT for questions: How old are you? What year is it? How many are here with you? Can you see me? How long have you been here? Do you know you are dead? Where is your body buried? Did you die here? Are you waiting for someone? Have you been to heaven? Are you here against your will? -- Rather, they talk about the spirits as if they are not there. I don't know why they haven't figured this out after years of doing this type of work. I guess they don't take is very seriously.
