Mr. BeanNewest Review: ... was genius, the television shows were unique, original, and soooooo funny! I dont know where the world would be without Mr. Bean, he has got to be one of the most legendary comedian in history. The new film, Mr. Bean's Holiday, sees him going on a trip to France, messing up on the way. The ideas used in this film were all brilliant, but not as good as the television episodes. The great thing is, he is not rude in anyway but still makes you laugh, so this is a family comedy for all ages. I would have to recommend this to anyone in the world, this is a piece of comedy genius which should not be missed. 5/5.... more |

Rowan Atkinson plays the PERFECT part for good old Mr. Bean. His famous face makes the comedy genius even more funny! Mr Bean has got to be one of the most hilarious comedies i have seen in my life! I have 3 of the DVD's (Mr Bean Vol. 1, Mr. Bean Vol. 2 & BEAN (The Ultimate Disaster Movie)). These are all stunners and I laughed out loud at all of them. The whole idea of Mr Bean as a character was genius, the television shows were unique, original, and soooooo funny! I dont know where the world would be without Mr. Bean, he has got to be one of the most legendary comedian in history. The new film, Mr. Bean's Holiday, sees him going on a trip to ... He has perhaps got one of the most widely recognised, distinctive faces in the world, and most people either love him or hate him, Rowan Atkinson's arguably most famous character is that of the incredibly eccentric alien Mr Bean. At the very beginning of each Mr Bean episode, we see how Mr Bean supposedly reached planet earth. A large circular beam of light shines down onto the pavement, and suddenly Mr Bean falls from the sky and hits the ground, before the light disappears as the flying saucer speeds away. In the animated series of Mr Bean we see him reboard the space ship which is full of identical looking characters, all with different cuddly toys and names like ... Read the complete review

I really like Rowan Atkinson as Mr. Bean. I am watching Mr. Bean for many years, and I am a big fan of Mr. Bean series. I like his funny behaviours, and the funny things he do in his life with his teddy. When I saw that Mr. Bean's animated series is coming, and then I was really excited thinking that my favourite character is coming in a whole new way. When the series came I really enjoyed it watching. The animated Mr. Bean is really cute and funny also, he is little naughty too, and he do lots of naughty stuffs in this series. In the animated story he lives with his little teddy, and also with an angry granny house owner with her fat cat. The series revolves around ... Read the complete review

WHAT IS IT: Rowan Atkinson stars as the childish Mr Bean, an awkward and bizarre mn whose struggles with everday tasks are the focus of this half hour comedy show. IS IT ANY GOOD: I loved it as a child but it now holds little of its original comic charm. Mr Bean is pretty much a silent show, where the emphasis is on the visual entertainment of watching the slapstick comedy routies that abound in each episode. Despite being slow witted, Mr Bean is easy to love - the lovable fool is always getting himself in a muddle. As an example, he goes to the dentist. At the dentist, he picks up the drill and begins drilling his own filling, using the ... Read the complete review

A widely acclaimed British comedy series, that was sold around the world. I liked Mr Bean as a child, though it has absolutely no appeal to me at all as an adult. The humour is childish, inane, irreverent and silly; though I can understand how a certain type of adult may enjoy him. I now find him utterly stupid and always suspected he had un undiagnosed mental illness which grated on me a lot; and actually made me feel utterly sympathetic for him as audiences laughed their way through each installment of Bean. My hunch is that if Mr Bean was made today if wouldn't attract even half the 18 million people that tuned in in for the final Mr Bean in ... Read the complete review
