My Family, the domestic sitcom by the BBC.

Living in Chiswick are the Harpers: Ben, Susan, Nick, Janey and Micheal, well that's how it starts, some of them leave home others leave and come back, and then they have more people living with them and some that are there so much they seam like they live there.

Ben, the father is a dentist, who is also quite arrogant and croaky with quite a short temper, he doesn't pay too much interest with the kids but somehow the kids at time think of him as a good dad for it.

Susan, the mother, works as a tour guide, but there is only every one or two episodes where her work is seen, every other time it is just talked about with in the mad house of the Harpers.

Nick, the eldest son works for a day at a time before getting sacked, he is also very ambition in a way of some starange ideas and mad thought he has.

Janey, the second one like the boys and does seam quite a little bit more mature than Nick, altho not getting on two well with the family.

Micheal, is the most mature yet the youngest, very brainy and still at school, yet he does get up to a bit of mischief at times.

Abbey: Ben's cousins daughter, comes to stay and then moves in and settles down as part of the family, although as Nick moves out I think her stupidity takes his place.

Rodger: Abbeys boyfriend, who act like 8 year old going out, and are very strange, yet Rodger is also a dentist and works above
Ben in the same building.

Alphie: Comes in as a complete stranger and moves in, he also talks welsh and is quiet and doesn't speak to much, but does have his brain dead times.


I love my family and I think they are a great comedy and I still laugh after house of watching them
