Supernatural ... started off as a fairly simple concept. Sam and Dean Winchester s mother is killed by a yellow eyed demon when they are very young. Their father becomes obsessed with finding the demon that killed his wife and their mother. Many years later their father disappears and so Sam and Dean take up the search for their father, fighting various demons and supernatural elements along the way. When this first came to UK tv I was very sceptical about whether I would like it or not. It was shown on ITV and the tag line was scary just get sexy . That just sounded a bit naff to me! Their Dad, John, has gone missing and they is why Sam returns to t... Read the full review: Super Freak by kelly10 |

Supernatural ... turn and we learn more about Sam and his abilities... and how far both of them are willing to go to help each other and their friends. Absolute essential viewing for this season are: - The Magnificent Seven *(unfortunately, for me, the weakest season opener of the show, but necessary to watch none the less)* - Bad Day at Black Rock - Mystery Spot - Ghost Facers and - No Rest for the Wicked Season 4 introduces a new element to Supernatural; religion. Only lightly touched on before, the scriptwriters jump straight into the thorny, complex subject from the get go and keep the pace up all season. Unfortunately I much prefer the earlier style of Hear of monster, find mon... Read the full review: Supernatural has me in it's trap by kiss_me_now9 |
