'With enough lubrication one can achieve anything' Yep, its the Mythbusters review! If you havnt heard of the show, the premise behind it is pretty straight forward, a group of nutters, sorry science enthusiasts attempt to debunk some common myths submitted to them by viewers. The show is presented by Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, and as in the opening credits its stated that between them they have more than 30 years of special effects experience..oh yes. Alongside them are Kari Byron, Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara who often work on mini myths while the main presenters cover the main stuff. As the series has progressed ... Read the complete review

Mythbusters is something my husband enjoyed watching but it took him a while to convince me I might like it too. The series features two main guys (Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman), along with three additional colleagues (Kari Byron, Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara). Together, they are the Mythbusters! The idea of the show is to investigate common (and not so common) myths by re-creating the circumstances surrounding the myth and finding out what would really happen - and therefore whether it is "Myth Confirmed", "Myth Plausible" or "Myth Busted". Some of the myths covered recently include whether it's possible to bend a bullet's ... Read the complete review

The shows stars 2 special effects experts Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage who have had a many years of experience in the Hollywood film industry and they use all kinds ... Read the complete review

For a start, im surprised that there aren't more reviews on Mythbusters, personally, i think it's one of the most interesting shows on TV, and definitely in the top three of most entertaining. Produced by 'Beyond Televison Productions' who are an australian company, Mythbusters follows the antics of special effects experts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman as they look into myths and investigate them. It usually starts with Adam or Jamie speaking about a fan letter or a find on a website of something totally random that has been stated as fact, they then recreate this story to precise detail, whether it works or not they end up creating their own ...
