Mytbusters is a science show which is produced by Beyond Television, usually shown on one of the Discovery channels and is a show which involves the investigation of certain myths (some of which are requested or sent in by viewers from the Mythbusters Forum on the website) and always concludes with a verdict of busted (impossible), plausible (maaaaybe) or comfirmed (proven/possible).

The shows main stars are Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman who usually take on the most destructive myths, also on board is a junior mythbusting team which consists of Grant Imahara, Kari Byron and Tory Belleci, the job of the juniors is to investigate the smaller myths that dont take as much planning and are less expensive.

I personally think that the show is one of the most interesting on tv these days, everything seems to be getting ridiculous and people start winning awards that they dont deserve (sex and the city), but this show keeps it real and the people in it are real people, which, to me, is what makes it all the more entertaining.

The Mythbusters investigate things such as 'can a toy car outrun a real car on the quarter mile?' and 'is it possible to use an inflatable life raft as a parachute' the verdicts of which you will have to see for yourself and i would definitely recommend checking out the website also, everything is just so interesting.

This is definitely one of the best shows out there and if anybody is interested in science/explosions/mayhem then this is definitely the show for you.
