You also get to see the outcomes of the food that are made. Easy cooking No matter what level of cooking a person is at, Jamie Oliver is very easy to follow and the show is not only a boring ol' cooking show, but you are actually entertained at the same time, as Jamie cycles over to his local grocer and picks up the ingredients that he will need for the meal. You get information about the food and why he does things a certain way when he cooks, since he has a lady that asks him qu... more

Q> Why do they call him 'naked'? Well, the reason is because he doesn't use much less any spices in his food. So it actually the food that is naked & not the chef, incase anyone was wondering. Does he present the method in which he cooks the food well? The way in which the food is made is quite easy to follow. You get to see step-by-step instructions on how to make certain dishes. OK, everyone knows music's the food of love, right? Right. Rumours that food is the music of love are however unfounded. But what else feeds the emotion-fuelled, mindbending world of that nasty little 'L' word? Well, of course, there's trust. And sharing. Giving and receiving and receiving and giving. And nudity, right? Sure. So, theoretically, it'd make sense to put food and nudity together, to make one poorly-constructed link to the forthcoming opinion (like so). And that's what I've just done. Y'see, what with the big fuss about a cookery programme (of which the vast majority are incredibly dull) using the naughty word ...  Read the complete review

Of poor quality, unremarkable 3. Of lightweight OK, so I’m not a huge fan of Mr and Mrs Oliver. I wasn’t even before those ads , which reminded us that Satan is alive and well and living in an marketing department at Sainsbury’s. I’ve tried to rationalise this dislike. Is it because of his slang terms? Is it because I used to work behind a cheese counter and formed an ...  Read the complete review

"Oh you know..." I said. "Actually, I usually use Marco Pierre White. It's amazing how simple it can be if one goes for a concentration of taste." This is Bridget Jones, telling Mark Darcy of her plans for the dinner party she is throwing. He wisely informs her that guests are there to see her and not the food...but somehow if you can create magnificent meals with apparent ease you have, in fact, Got It Made. Jamie Oliver is living proof of this. While our T.V. channels are choking on the rancid gristle that is T.V./Celebrity chefs, each one is trying to demonstrate how simple it all is and how anyone can create a meal and sit ...  Read the complete review
