Well, Nichola Holt was certainly a Big Brother housemate that no-one could fail to notice ! With her shaven head, northern accent, piercings and loud swearing, she was hardly the quietest in the house !! She is very artistic and found plenty of projects to keep her busy, while she was in the house, although some of her fellow housemates got fed-up of her using their magazines in this way. Although Big Brother as a series is long gone, I thought that I would write about Nichola after seeing the Big Brother Uncut video. During the series I must admit that I saw Nichola as strange, loud mouthed and generally an intimidating person to be around. Her thongs and bald head scared me, and I didn't like the way that she argued fiercely with some of the other housemates. However on watching the video, I saw Nichola in a different light. I was fairly pleased when Nichola was voted out of the Big Brother house for 2 main reasons: 1 - she insisted on wearing that thong and parading half naked around the house and garden. She's not exactly the most pleasing to the eye! 2 - she didn't really add much to the household either from an entertainment point of view or a practical point of view. Nicola was clearly the most insecure person of the Big Brother household, masquerading behind that lesbian persona and dying to get her kit off at every opportunity. She was nice in that she befriended Caroline when everyone turned against her for no acceptable reason. When she was thrown out of the house, her and Caroline ran rampage through the celeb bashes and gained notoriety, but this os just another attention seeking exercise from someone who feels she needs it. When i first watched Big Brother, I didn't like Nicky that much. She was too loud and outspoken for me and some of the wacky things she wanted to do may not have been totally appropriate... But then Nicky left and thhe house went down to 5 and the house got very very boring...Nicky was the last bit of life left in it. She never stpped with her fresh ideas.
