Advantages: Best Comedy

Disadvantages: Specials too long

?Only Fools and Horses? in my opinion is the undisputed King of Comedy. The longevity of the show and regular viewing figures is an indication of its popular appeal amongst a cross section of viewers. The show is extremely funny and has kept our household as well as many others glued to the television for many a day.

The scripts are always well written with the key characters Del Boy or Rodney getting up to some kind of mischief. Invariably Rodney does something daft or stupid and we just can't help but laugh.

It is a very good programme, and should have a place on our TV for many years to come. And it still remains one of the best things produced by the BBC. The strong point of the show is the way in which all the comedy is squeezed into 30 minutes episode. This leads to the shows only downside, which is that the Christmas Special is a too long and the jokes are spread too thinly.

The show is the Classic Comedy.
