I truly believe that this is easily the best comedy series that has ever been around in my life. I am quite young which means I haven’t followed the series in depth since about 6 or 7 years ago but I have still been able to easily get hold of the story to this great cockney comedy. For those of you who might may have never ever seen this programme, go now and buy it because you cannot live a life without knowing of this programme whether you come to like it or not. The basic story that runs through this programme involves following two brothers and there Grandad which later turns into their Uncle around on their journey of trading the markets of east London. The two brothers, Del Boy and Rodney are both different types of people but are so alike in so many ways. Del Boy is always up for buying cheap goods that sound good although they are likely to be ‘nicked’ off the back of a lorry. Del Boy never cares and can never get over how cheap he can buy and sell things for. Products he has sold include cycle helmets, hairdressers and military equipment. There are many more that all provide great laughter throughout the series. Del Boy later in the series is married and so is Rodney to his life long love Cassandra. You follow both of their lives throughout and you seem to form a relationship with the characters despite knowing them. Trips are often arranged by Del Boy and these are very funny too. These include programmes such as ‘To Hull and Back’ and trips to Blackpool etc. Other funny characters in the programme are Boyce who is a rich car dealer in the area and Trigger who has got to be the only person I have ever seen with no physical brain to work things out. My all time most stupid scene is from Trigger where he tells of him having the same broom for all of his sweeping life. However, it has head about 5 new handles and 12 new brushes. Enjoy watching!! All in all, a grea
t programme with great comedy value for all people.
