Advantages: Classic comedy

Disadvantages: Spoilt a little at the end

Only Fools and Horses has grown from humble beginnings to be the most enduring British comedy ever. The program really took off with the arrival of Uncle Albert, helped along by the odd Christmas special. The final series went a bit too far, though, with the Trotters becoming millionaires, but this apart, David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst must thank this program for making them the household names that they are. For me, the best ever sketch was Uncle Albert insisting he spoke German asking the pregnant German girl her name: 'vot iss your name?"
