Prison break is the story of Michael Schofield whose brother has being wrongly incarcerated and put on to death row. Michael gets himself put into the jail so he can help his brother escape and clear his name. In Season One the storyline is that once Michael has got himself into "Fox River State Penitentiary" where his brother is imprisoned he begins the escape plan he had come up with before committing armed robbery so he is imprisoned.
