Advantages: Mostly interesting facts and stories, fresh panelists, different topics

Disadvantages: Has occasional boring bits

Quite interesting or as it is more commanly known Q.I is a comedy panel show were they discuss a chosen topic such as the Vicitorians or colours and banish common misconceptions.

The hugely intelligent Stephen Fry is the host of this brilliant comedy show, a small time comedian as well a many other things.

The only Q.I regular is Alan Davis while the rest of the comedy panel is populated by some of the best comedians around currently and occasionally some one from the BBC.

Even the buzzers need to answer questions are comical in Q.I, they are usually based on the topic at hand with Alan Davis getting the worst and funniest buzz.

The only usual round is the last one General Ignorance where questions with seeming common knowlege answers are posed then when the obvious and wrong answer is given (usually by Allan Davis), the real true answer is given.

The other rounds are usually based on subtopics from the shows overall large topic and though points are given to those that give the correct answer, most points are awarded for being interesting awarded by Stephen Fry who must judge whether it is worthy of points and how many, most interesting points come from stories from the panelists own lifes which are very interesting in themselves.

Q.I started in 2003 and is currently not airing new episodes though a new series is said to be in the works, new Q.I episodes will show on BBC1 and old re-runs can be seen on on Dave, most nights.

Summary: If you like comedy and general knowlege, this is the show for you
