Advantages: Gets Restaurant making a profit again

Disadvantages: Not good for th people working with him!

Being a chef can be very stressful, I know, because I actually work in a kitchen myself, fortunatly I don't have to work with anyone quite as stressy as Ramsey. This show is good because it shows that any business doing badly can turn itself around under the right management.

Ramsey goes to a restaurant each show, in an attempt to change its fortunes. I have to say, through watching the show, that in most cases, the restaurants are performing badly because of a poor chef employed, or bad management.

This show has become largely popular and I have to say I have become a fan, in places you find yourself laughing at Ramsden, who at times is rude and ill-tempered. Nevertheless, What he does say makews sense, although he has a lack of people skills, what he does do is get everyone moving. Usually he will change the menu so that it is easier for the chefs to do. Also it will be food which he knows should be popular with the public and sell well. Afterall that is what he is there for.

I don't think Ramsey is the best chef in the world, Personally, feel that Jamie Oliver is better. He has more patience and is better with people. Ramsey is more of a head chef who likes to stand there barking orders, where as Oliver gets stuck in. I think this is a great show to watch though, because, hats off to him, he usually does manage to turn the business around.

Summary: Ramsey can't help but sware, still fun to watch though!
