I miss this show, not really a big fan of reality shows, but i believe Gordon doesnt hold back, he gets in and gets dirty and shows how hard it really is, but also shows that food industry is where to make money but also where you need to put big effort in and alot of money.
Some of the places he has been in have been so bad, but the show is great, it really shows you how food is really cooked, what conditions are used, the staff, the areas of hygeine and all the ins and outs of running a restaurant. Fantastic viewing, and myself cannot wait until it comes back to our screens. gordon is fantastic but he does use the word "big man" alot and slaps his hand into his other hand alot which we find amusing, but he doesnt take any crap and lets people know who he is and what he thinks, a must for viewing
