This programme is excellent - even if you don't fish. I hate fishing for all the reasons people do - cold, slimy. maggots etc but if you watch this your opinion may change.

Rex loves fishing I mean really loves fishing and it's infectious - when he catches a fish he handles it with kid gloves - he is so proud of the fish - he could be describing his daughters first steps the way he talks about it. He is so happy - it really does make you think differently about the whole hobby.

When he is waiting for the fish he is describing the surrounding area making you see things you wouldn't have looked at in the past and when he gets a bite its like a starving man being given food.

Trust me - hes so happy it rubs off !!
