'Richard and Judy', former presenters of 'This Morning', are now presenting their own daytime show on Channel 4 - aptly named 'Richard and Judy'! This is a lifestlye programme. It is aired each and every weekday at 5pm and lasts for 1 hour. What I like about the programme is that they have a varied selection of guests on there every day. Today, for instance, they had Noel Edmunds on the show (27 July '06). The show is presented by the married couple Richard and Judy every weekday between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm on channel 4. The show regularly attracts up to 2.5 million viewers a day up to 42% are ABC1s (rather up market). Richard and Judy The presenter couple started out on the programme This Morning and decided to have their own show after 13 years named after themselves. They were pipped at the post in the last tv awards by This Morning the show they were hosts of previously which is now hosted by stalwarts Phillip Scofield and Fern Britten. This Morning looked like it was going to go under at one point after R and J left, it had Twiggy, Coleen Nolan (Shane Richie's ex-wife) and for a while Fern co-hosted with the ill-fated Scottish John Leslie, then it picked up finally and settled down with Phil and Fern. So the king and queen of daytime T.V have upped sticks and moved to the ungodly hour of 5pm on channel 4 leaving This morning Richard and Judy less. Their new show is called Richard and Judy and is shown between 5 and 6pm on weekdays. I've been off work after an operation for a couple of weeks, so I've been watching lots of daytime T.V. So I've been able to watch this programme, usually I'd be just getting home from work when it's nearly finished.
