The first time I watched this program I was so disappointed by it that I actually bothered to email the BBC and complain. Then when the series was repeated I thought I'd better email them and complain again. I felt that Robot Wars (henceforth RW), one of my favourite programs, had been ruined by a number of misguided changes to the format and overall tone. Only I didn't explain it quite as politely as that. Then I tried writing an opinion on it for this site, but that turned into a rant as well, so I deleted it. My next three or so attempts all shared similar fates. This time however, I know that there's a happy ending, so I can hopefully be a bit more ... Read the complete review

Robot Wars Extreme is a TV programme which contestants build robots to fight each other the winner goes into the next round. Robot Wars Extreme is on channel 2 it is fun to watch with months of building robots going to waste. Robot Wars Extreme has House Robots with certain abillatys Shunt has a ram and Sargent Bash has a flame thrower these can attack the other robots if they are amoblelised or in The ZPZ. Sumo is another game in the show they are placed in a round circle and they must push the house robots out of the circle the quickest Shunt is the best for this with his ram.
