Welcome to the Chatsworth Estate, home of the Gallaghers, and a bunch of other drug dealers, thugs, idiots and generally amusing characters. The hero of the story is called Frank Gallagher. I watched the first episode of shameless after all the hype that channel four mad and i did not really like it is a programme that is quite close to the mark in places. I then got fed up that every time i went out with my mates they went on and on about shameless and how great it was, i felt left out so i gave in and tried again. I cannot believe that i did not give it more of a chance in the first place. So i register on channel 4 on demand to catch up with all the dramas that i had missed. Shameless portrays to us the life of our stereoptypical estates and the people who live in them. From the lives of teenage girls and boys to crime orientated families there is no boring episode in the series. Not one episode that I have seen has been boring and eveyone has been entertaining. No matter the subject at hand, they deliver it in a very serious and humorous way. It could be on the topics of Sex, money, drugs, women, murder, robbery, homosexuality, fighting, arson and did I mention sex? You'll relate to all of the characters played as you'll probably know people like that.. or at least, I do. The series is definately something to ...
