WHAT IS IT ABOUT: It's 1809, and Sharpe is promoted to lieutenant, putting him in charge of a band of sharpshooters led by Patrick O'Malley. When sent on a seemingly simple mission, things take a turn for the worst, and Sharpe's first challenge as a leader will be to take his men through a dangerous adventure.
