The Simpson's are the best thing on TV (Simpsons,The)

Advantages: They clever, funny, smart, cool need I go on?

Disadvantages: Sometimes a bit scary other that that they just need to make more episodes

The Simpson's are the best thing on the TV they are ace. The Simpson's have been around a very long time I know this because I used to watch them when I was little and I am 28 now (and still watch them)

The Simpson's is written by Matt Groening in my opinion this person is a genius. The Simpson's consists of hundreds of characters but the main family are just the five yellow-skinned Simpson's Homer, Marge Bart Lisa and baby Maggie. This family are great characters! and they go on some hilarious and entertaining adventures. The Simpson's is a cartoon and all the characters have yellow skin which is a bit odd.

Homer is the man of the family he works at a nuclear power plant and enjoys drinking duff, eating, lying on the sofa, oh and strangling Bart

Marge is the homemaker and mother she cooks, clean, mothers and generally looks after the family. She has a very tall hairdo, which is blue, and she keeps lots of stuff inside her hair.

Bart is my favourite he is fantastic. I think Bart is about 10 years old and he is a bit naughty at times but very funny. Bart is a very strong character and has the main roll in many episodes.

Lisa is very intelligent she is talented academically and musically. He intelligent can help the watcher understand during plots that are more complicated.

Maggie is a baby that crawls and sucks her dummy. She does not usually feature too strongly in the program but from time to time, she can take over and become the star roll.

They have a few pets including a cat called Snowball and a dog called Santa's little helper.

The Simpson's is on sky one I think but I don't have sky so I couldn't tell you when but it is on channel 4 every weekday evening at 6 pm till 6.30 pm. I find half an hour of the Simpson's every evening after work is great light relief and a good way to unwind. My daughter is also a huge fan of the Simpson Lisa being her favourite character but some of the episodes are a bit scary for her.

The Simpson's often feature special guest such as the voice of Micheal Jackson. I loved the epsode Homer gets locked up into a mental institution after letting Bart fill in a health quiz on his behalf. (Bart ticks that he wets the bed sees thing etc) Inside the institution Homer meets a bloke who is fats and yellow who claims to be the famous singer Micheal Jackson (he has Micheal Jackson doing his voice) Homer tells his family all about him and they suggest inviting him to there house. They arrange a huge party the press are there and everything for this bloke claiming to be Micheal but looks nothing like him turns up the whole programme has me laughing from start to finish. It was so well written and had some great adult humour!

The Simpson's is far to good to be missed great for all ages and so funny!

Summary: Smart clever and cool the Simpson's are not to be missed
