Saturday morning TV has long been a haven for kids, something to look forward to after the long week at school. A chance to lounge in your pyjamas and watch a few hours of fun, cartoons, entertainment and games. When I was younger, prorammes such as Going Live were on, and presenters such as Phillip Schofield and Sarah Greene were prime, as well ... Read the complete review

When I was younger Saturday morning's consisted of Saturday Superstore and later Going Live, which were both BBC programmes. Now, ITV have struck back with SM:TV, and for the last 4 years, nothing the BBC can throw at SM:TV has worked. ITV have kept the format pretty simple, and I am sure that this is the secret of their success, and also the ... Read the complete review

SM:TV is one of the most great things on television on a Saturday morning at 9:30 – 12:30 its all packed with fun and excitement. I get up every Saturday to watch it. I love all the music what’s on it. Where are they from? Well Cat as far as I can remember first appeared modelling in Lads mags a few years back .She must have ... Read the complete review

What has happened to SM TV? They go and bring in that guy from Hollyoaks, (don't even know his name - fish or something) James Redmond apparently according to the website for SMTV who seems to have it in his head that he is a sex god!!!!! that's because of ONE Hollyoaks calendar he is now a pin up!! how did that occur? Is it me ... Read the complete review

I like SMTV and I am one of the "more mature" viewers. But that is the great thing about this childrens' programme, it does appeal to a wide audience. I read an article recently about Anthony Mcpartlin and Declan Donnely who were the up and coming presenters of the programme at the time, alongside Cat Deeley which said that ... Yes, I admit it. I set my alarm on a Saturday morning to watch this programme religiously, right through to 12:30. It really is one of the best programs on TV. Nobody was sure what would happen once Ant & Dec left but the show is just as good. Cat's announced she's leaving at the end of March too, but here's my lowdown of what the show ... If you have ever woke up on a Saturday morning with a killer hangover, there is a cure. The cure comes in the form of 2 Jordies and a Brummie and a host of Adult innuendos, cleverly disguised in a childrens entertainment programme. That is the best way I can describe the mischevious antic of Mr Ant McPartlan, Mr Declan Connelly and ... Read the complete review

SMTV live, the brightest thing to beam out of your television set on a Saturday morning. As the title suggests, its all LIVE, this could be a dangerous thing for this show......dangerous in a good way! The two blokes involved in this program, Ant McPartlin and Declan o'donnelley are so comical to watch, as if on purpose ... Read the complete review

Saturday mornings have always had long running children’s shows on both the major channels, now at present we have the tough choice of SMTV live Or the BBC’s poor second best live and kicking. So why is SMTV live the clear winner, well its presenters is the clear answer. Ant and Dec. remember then the canny Geordies from ... Read the complete review

After all those cheesy morning tv programmes and endless rows of cartoons and talk shows comes... SMTV LIVE! There I was on Saturday morning 9:25 gazing at the tv waiting for a good programme to come on when the cool music to smtv live came on. After years of watching the very popular Live and Kicking I've changed to watching SM:TV Live. The presenters on L&K are crap and they struggle to keep up with the class of SM:TV. I've never seen Ant & Dec in anything so funny ever and Cat Deelay just rounds the thing off nicely. With features like their own version of friends- Chums, ... Read the complete review

At the age of 18, I find SMTV very funny, which is the main reason why the show is such a hit. The humour used by ant, dec and Kat is suitable for all ages. The sketches they do are hilarious - with wonky donkey and CHUMS. CHUMS is a takeoff of the hit American Sitcom FRIENDS, supposedly set in Ant and Dec's home town of Newcastle. An hour of ... Saturday mornings used to be boring, that was until some bright spark put SM TV Live on. This is the best since Tiswas. The show is hosted by Ant and Dec(who we all remember from byker grove) along with Cat Deeley(she's there for the dad's I reckon). The format for the show is basically fun,fun and more fun with the odd ... Read the complete review

Once upon a time in a land long, long ago I could laze in bed of a saturday morning and really enjoy watching a great kids show called SMTV live. Nowadays with a ten month old the lazing in bed bit has gone out of the window, but I still manage to find time for my SMTV fix!! Evidently my ten month old is now an addict too! We have SMTV ... My oldest son who turned 3 in July has just started showing an interest in this programme but alas it is certainly one he can take or leave and he would certainly prefer his Saturday mornings to be spent watching Blues Clues or running around the toy section at Mothercare...so why is it on our screens every saturday morning?
