Advantages: the funniest thing around
Disadvantages: chavs and sluts all over the show!
I started watching this show on Friday or Saturday nights when I get in at around 2am. It is a Reality show, presented by Jenny Frost and helped by computerized 'make-under' 'Pod'. This programme is regularly on BBC3 daily.
This show transforms high maintenced girls and guys who wear too much make-up, hair extensions, fake boobs, glitter and fake tan into natural beauties. 'Pod' does all of the make-under, all of the contestants sit in a room and get rater by the public on their appearence before and after the make-under. The rates - Snog, Marry, Avoid? hense the name :).
Also, sometimes Jenny Frost gives some good tips on how to look great or get rid of stains.
At the end of the show, Jenny Frost meets up with these people to see if they have reverted to their old look or have totally changed and kept the more feminine, natural look.
I have to admit, this show is awful but great laughs and you really do see how slutty some girls are. All they care about is spending money on their looks and you can tell this by the way they describe their look and when they tally up how much they spend, it goes into the hundreds. Also, most of their idols is Jodie Marsh - what is wrong with people?
As I said before, this show is utterly terrible and if full of complete chavs who do not need a make-under, they need a personality transplant.
I would reccomend this programme to anyone who is up late at night and it really bored, it creates cheap laughs and you can see how embarrassing our country really is, resorting to this!
Summary: I watch this on a saturday night when I come in as I often cant sleep

- 21/05/09 it'd be a lot more fun if jodie marsh or some other stereotyped sl*g were presenting it - if not just to see what their idea of a dress down is. haha. |
