Advantages: still a classic comedy

Disadvantages: now in it's last series, not as popular as it first was

South Park the TV series has turned from the best comedy in to the worst over these last two years .I can remember sitting down watching the first episode around three years ago on sky 1 and thinking this is the best damn comedy ever. I suppose allot of people liked it then because you couldn’t go anywhere and someone wasn’t talking about it. It caused allot of controversy when it first aired on Channel 4 with old people saying how vulgar the programme was in the press the day it aired and guess what they didn’t even see it.

When series two aired on channel 4 there was no controversy over it just aired and got channel 4 and sky 1 and whole sh**load of big ratings to be very pleased with.
South Park the movie was really funny and that was the only thing I read in the press, which had some actual controversy to it after series 1 and 2.

Who would have that show that everybody liked is having the worst ratings in its time on TV? I still like South Park but the fun of watching it has faded pretty much.

The latest news is that the creators of South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone have moved on and our now not planning to do another series of south park and that the series on Channel 4 on Fridays is the last ever series. Trey Parker and Matt Stone are filming a series at the moment called “that’s my bush” of course it’s all about the president but will it be a successful comedy just as South Park was in the early days of series one.

What a sad end to a great comedy
