The show

Spongebob Squarepants is a kid show starring Spongebob a sponge, his friend Patrick a starfish, and Squidward obviously a squid. Mainly the story is about Spongebob and Patrick being dumb, all they do is mess with the people and do crazy stuff. Because they are creatures from the sea the setting of this show is underwater, the whole animation features corals, seaweeds and all the things related with sea creatures. Spongebob works at a restaurant called Krusty Krab with Mr Krab as his boss and Squidwards as his co worker. Patrick, Spongebob's bestfriend is just like him, clumpsy, slow, and most of all they turn simple things in a disaster. But because they are best of friends they always count on to each other, and the result, much bigger problem.

Why I like Spongebob?

I think who ever created him has a such created mind why? Who would ever think a sponge to be something like him. Well obviously most cartoon characters are inspired by animals or anything that we can say cute and adorable. No one would ever say a sponge is cute or it's very adorable except if the shape is truly unique, I guess the creator of Spongebob got his inspiration from that. It really paid off because Spongebob Squarepants is now one of the most watched cartoon show wordwide.

My opinion

I like Spongebob because his unique and I like him and Patrick together. I'm not a kid anymore but when I have a chance to watch them I feel like one. I can't help but laugh with their craziness and what's worst is, sometimes I never even notice that I was smiling alone just watching them. I have an email address spongehead and I got it when I did an email account after watching that show, that's the first name or word that came into my head that time. I'm not an avid fan of the show its just that I find it really unique and creative, with the idea and the theme.
