Starsky & Hutch

One of my favourite television programmes of my childhood was the wonderfully exciting Starsky and Hutch. From the fast music and exhilarating images of the opening credits, it whizzed through an exciting adventure every week, as our heroes solved yet another crime, landing the baddies in jail and probably picking up the girl on the way. Their super-fast bright red car was inevitably involved in a great car chase, skidding round corners, in hot pursuit of this week's arch enemy. I used to watch Starsky and Hutch along with my aunts when I was at school. I could not wait til my programme came on because I had a crush on Starsky. Played by Paul Michael Glasier, I even knitted myself a big chunky cardigan like he always wore. Hutch, played by David Soul was the blonde haired handsome one that all the women adored and it was strange that I was only attracted to the dark cheeky smile one.
