Advantages: Great to watch, very entertaining
Disadvantages: Got to wait a week for the next one!
The Apprentice is a BBC Programme featuring Sir Alan Sugar and a group of 15 of "britains best business prospects" who are all competing in a 12 week interview process to get a 6 figure salary job with Sir Alan Sugar.
This review is about the Apprentice Series 5 (the 2009 edition) all the way up to the 10th week and my opinions so far.
Well what can I say, the programme is excellent! It's the second series I have watched and i've found it highly entertaining both times. All the contestants are charecters and are pretty funny to watch (better than big brother in any case) its pretty amazing how they develop over the show and how their cocky ego's at the beggining change when they realize they aren't all that. Which i'm sure we all would if grilled by Sir Alan.
The tasks are all very cleverly thought out and not only show how good someone is at business but also show how well (or how unwell) they cope with presure. Its always entertaining to say the least. This weeks episode with the interviews is always a personal favourite, and by far the funniest. If you've never watched the Apprentice you should watch this episode just for the laughs, its brilliant. The interviews obviously know their stuff and boy don't they make them know it. Humour is assured.
In conclusion the entire series is a piece of genius and is really well done. The music adds to the tension and the atmosphere that is created is second to none. I reccommend you watch it straight away. You can watch them all now on BBC iPlayer.
