The UK version of The Apprentice makes for some great reality TV viewing on ocassion. The idea of a bunch of hopefuls trolling through some inane tasks to prove they are worthy for Alan Sugar to hire can prove very funny at times - mainly down to the incompetence of the candidates and Sugars comments. OK the comments may be scripted but ... Read the complete review

I first started watching the Apprentice when the original series with Donald Trump was aired in America. I've always been a great fan of the US Apprentice, always glued to the screen watching everything from the opening credits to the board room battles. Unfortunately in comparison to the original the UK Apprentice is a depressing series with ... Read the complete review

The Apprentice is a reality TV show where starting with 12 candidates, they are whittled down until one is chosen by Sir Alan Sugar to work for him and become his apprentice, which provides them with a handy 6 figure salary. The Apprentice has to be one of the best programmes on tv. It is based around a recruitment process where Sir Alan Sugar is trying to find a new employee to run part of his business. The Apprentice used to be a great a TV show that featured a handful of Britains most promising business people. I say used to be because it seems to have fallen into the reality TV trap of just selecting the most annoying and self opinionated candidates in order to boost ratings. Don't get me wrong, I understand that we need ... Read the complete review

I absolutely love this program. It has to be one of the best programs on TV. The concept of the program is that there are a number of participants who sign up to take part in tasks every week.
