Advantages: really interesting viewing

Disadvantages: some candidates are pants!

Please note from the outset this is a review on the UK apprentice which features multi-millionaire Sir Alan Sugar as the man firing and hiring apprentices. In a world dominated by rubbish reality TV this has been a breath of fresh air. It is not filled with pretenders like you may find on Big Brother for example, there is the odd person who you wonder how they made it on to the show due to apparent incompetence but in general the people featured on the show are hungry to success, not shallow fame. The show is good as you see different tasks set by Sugar to the groups and it is interesting to see people who have to work together but also know they are in competition with each other at the same time. This is high class entertainment and i eagerly await the next series as Lee McQueen has just won in the UK.

Summary: good reality television
