Advantages: Funny, amusing

Disadvantages: Contestants are idiots

The Apprentice is a real life TV show, where a number of applicants compete through interview stages to show their skills in order to bag an extremely well paid job with the famous Alan Sugar.

The apprentices go through stages, with one or two being fired at each stage for failure to peform. In the first parts of the stages, applicants are split into two groups, and the losing group face Alan Sugar to decide who is fired.

The interview series contain specific tasks, such as selling artwork, running a market stall, having proper interviews or making advertisements.

The show is good, gives you ideas and makes you think about how you would go about things yourself. Especially when partipants are rubbish, I wonder how some get selected, there must be millions of people who can do a far better job! For example, one didn't even know kosher chicken was jewish, and thought you could get market guys to bless it!! Another lied on his application about his education as well, which was amusing.

Summary: well worth watching, even if for a bit of inspiration
