Advantages: You'll be laughing at everty episode as the candiadates crack under the pressure

Disadvantages: Tasks can be similar to previous studies

After watching Wednesday night's season openerI had to write a review of this fabulous TV program. Let's start with if you missed wednesday's epsiode don't worry you can still get watching without any fear of missing anything major - we are only at week 2 now remember.
The show is about 15 contestants (1 dropped out before filming realising the pressure it would put on him and his family) who compete for a six figure salary job working for Sir Alan Sugar.
Each week the contestants are split into 2 teams and have to compete in a different challenge each week. There is a project manager chosen for each team who is respsonsible for their team's performance in the task. At the end of the task all of the contestants go into the boardroom with Sir Alan and his advisors Nick and Margaret (who provide their genius insight, with some truly comical, although unintentional, lines). The winning team receives a prize and is exempt from being fired.
The losing team's project manager must select 2 of their colleagues whom they believe to be responsible for the failure of the task to go back into the boardroom with them and Sir Alan. Sir Alan then decides which contestant is fired.
Previous series tasks have included designing adverts, acting as photographers in a shopping centre, selling wedding dresses at a wedding fair and selling luxury car experiences to city boys!
Quick recap of wed's episode - the contestants were split into 2 teams the girls and the boys - and given the task of making as much money as possible in 7 hours by cleaning. Both teams chose to clean cars with the boys team taking 1.5 hours to clean 1 car!! However, the overexpenditure by the girls meant that the boys won the challenge, saving them from the boardroom. Team leader Mona chose to take Debra and Anita into the boardroom where Anita was ultimately fired.
Now you are all caught up what are you waiting for - get tuned in!!

Summary: 16 candidates compete for a six figure salary working for Sir Alan Suagr
