One of the best comedy sketch shows around (The Catherine Tate Show)

Advantages: has some great characters

Disadvantages: bit repetative

Has some classic characters, but also like most shows some poor ones too, it can be bit repetative and you find yourself only really interested in watching the characters that you soley enjoy, which is usually the ones most enjoy ie gran and lauren.
The sketches are short and funny, doesnt go over the top, not political and is meant as pure comedy. the supporting actors are funny too and should be mentioned always in the show as without the show would not be as successful.
The show goes on for half an hour, but should be longer if more sketches were about the more popular characters, also has a few spin offs ie christmas shows with famous guests.
So all in all a very good show, shown on BBC but has now run its course, but can always catch on cable channels. So come on Catherine another Christmas special
