For those that wanted to know what was popular in the mainstream they could watch the last ten minutes but for those that enjoy real varied music that might not fit into a teen idol genre there was the rest of the show. What I really enjoyed was watching the various types of music videos that I wouldn't normally watch or listen to and it educated me in some of those areas of music I had listened to before. Ah, I remember a music show that had music on it, it was replaced with something that plays kiddies sounds. The chart displayed it's brilliance with the varied sights and sounds that it profiled. Almost every time I watched the chart show, it kept me entertained. Infcat it was a good chance to see all of the new releases, and music that you would never hear on the radio, but would be sold as new releases. This is where I found artists like, Adamski's thing, and Fat boy Slim. Also like the previous opinion I think the value of having no presenters was great. The only thing that slightly annoyed was, when it fast forwarded when you were really getting in to the track. But what was good was the text/ gossip that you could read about the band or artist at the bottom of the screen, during the video. BRING IT BACK! ...  Read the complete review

sadly the chart show is no longer. i used to love the idea of having no egotistical presenters nausing up na otherwise good show like top of the pops, so the chart show was perfect, it also used to show you a preview of the videos it was going to show, enough time to get a tape ready if any of your favourites were on. the chart show was in it's pomp as i was about twelve years old and really getting into music. each week they'd profile a particular genre's chart as well as the pop chart, whenever it was the indie chart i'd be able to see all my favourites, the charlatans, roses, mondays, new order etc. i also loved the dance chart as it had real hip ...  Read the complete review
