Advantages: great viewing

Jeremy Kyle ....The man is amazing....personally i can hardly bare to watch some of these people on the telly let alone be in a room with them like he is.The show involves alot of families tackling issues with the help of jeremy and his team the problems can range greatly but i have noticed alot of them are to do with cheating partners and dna tests.The people on the show often row and there is the odd occassion where some violence occurs this is always sorted out very quickly though so nothing too bad to see.
The show is on weekdays from 9.25 to 10.30 and you can also catch it on ITV 2 later in the afternoon although im not sure if that is a repeat or just another show altogether.It is nothing like Jerry springer where its all staged as some of these story lines are too messed up to even make up !! There are also some special shows that he does which i have watched in the past where people are discussing the tragic losses of loved ones and these are very powerful television and i can imagine can help people going through something similar in their lives.
The show has a resident psychologist called Graham who gets involved where he needs to and is always there afterwards to help the families through the issues.
I would say its well worth a watch as sometimes u think your problems are massive but then watching something like this will bring u back down to earth with a bump !!
