Advantages: helpful to some guests

Disadvantages: annoying guests that waste airtime!

The Jeremy Kyle Show is a popular chat show aired on weekdays on ITV1 at 9.25 AM. It is hosted, obviously, by Jeremy Kyle. The themes on the show do vary slightly but are all relating to fixing problems within families/relationships/friendships. Whilst some of the shows focusing on particular issues such as homelessness, alcoholisim, homophobia etc are informative and very interesting, there are also episodes in which there is no specific subject and it seems to flit from one thing to another. These shows are no so interesting and can be somewhat cringeworthy, making you wonder why on earth members of the public would want to tell all details of their personal lives to the viewers at home! I think that this show can be ery helpful to some people, but some of the guests can be ridiculous! Particularly the guests that are quite aware that they are being decietful, yet still agree to take the lie detector test, already knowing the outcome! Not only does it make them and all concerned look rather foolish, I'd imagine that it wastes quite a lot of the shows' budget that could be put to much better use!

Summary: I think this show wastes too much money
