Advantages: Deals with real people and real issues

Disadvantages: Some times Jeremy's ego gets in the way

The Jeremy Kyle Show, is a programme on ITV1 the deals with people and their issues. These 'issues' can range from heart wrenching stories of families struggling to deal with a loved ones death or illness - to the down right tacky 'Which one of these ten men fathered my child?'! Jeremy Kyle hosts this show, presenting the problems the person/people are having to the audience, both in the studio and at home. He offers the guests a chance to speak for them selves and put their views across, before bringing out another party for them to give their side too. Jeremy Kyle has a no non-sence attitude, and doesnt put up with fowl language or agressive behaviour, and security guards are on hand to prevent this also. However, some times Jeremy Kyle comes across as big headed, and is often quoted as saying 'Whos name is up there? Its the Jeremy Kyle show - no shut up!'. Often his big headed behaviour can over shadow the plight of his guests. Great TV though.
