WHAT IS IT:
The Jerermy Kyle show is a talk-show where guests try to resolve dfficult issues with their loved ones. Kyle hosts the show, which airs every morning on ITV1 at 9.25am.

IS IT ANY GOOD:
Talk about car crash TV, this show is just ridiculous. The basic premise is that they scour the roughest council estates of the country, find the biggest scum-bag adulterers, alcoholics and drug addicts, and bring them on TV with their family to have an argument in front of millions. The content was slated by a judge as "bear baiting" and I couldn't agree more - the desired outcome is argument and conflict. You can make up your own mind whether that will appeal to you, but for me it's depressing.

The host, Jeremy Kyle, made a name for himself as being abrupt and confrontational, and he is. His style is aggressive and demanding, and he often confronts guests, tearing them to pieces. Of course, this is all a marketing ploy to give him an edge over other shows, but again it's just horrible to watch. The man is arrognt and cocky, showing no real concern for those involved, just a desire to create a bit of media buzz.

IF YOU LIKED IT:
It's only one step away from 'The Jerry Springer Show', where fighting and flashing of breasts are encouraged from the host and audience.

IF YOU DIDN't LIKE IT:
You may enjoy Trisha. a slightly less aggressive show with a similar content.

IN CONCLUSION:
Human bear baiting it is, as Kyle angrily confronts a whole host of lower class scumbags, all for the benefit of our viewing pleasure. TV has sunk to new lows with this show, and the UK loves it, giving it a 5 times a week broadcasting schedule. What next?
