Advantages: It makes your life look instantly better.

Disadvantages: It's on quite early and people are usaully working.

If you ever thought your life was bad, turn on this programme and you'll instantly feel happy your not one of them!

Being a uni student means that I have alot of mornings off and whats better then snuggling up in bed and getting a bit of good old JK on the go! The programme begins at 9.25 and lats for an hour. Its on ITV1 but are often repeats on ITV2 throughout the day.

So there I am wathcing these loud mouthed, rude and generally overall chavvy people coming on the tv show to share the problems there having from there pregnant thirteen year old daughter to the mom who slept with her daughters boyfriend! This really is trash TV! The best has to be the lie detector test which most of the time says their lieing (great TV) and the fact they carry on to deny it anyway!

Jeremy does little to solve their problems and they end up going home with more troubles then they came with but its a great watch and funny as ever. I only wish that the people that come on the show would at least scrub themselves up a bit, it cant be that hard to wash your hair, afterall you are on TV!

Summary: Total trash tv, a must see.
