Why on earth would anyone want to air their dirty laundry on National TV??

I do often wonder if this is a little Jerry Springer and set up and none of these people are real - I mean where on earth do they find some of them?

More than anything else I do wonder whether appearing on TV for some of these people is more important than sorting their lives out and if nothing a little part of me does hope that this will help them sort their lives out.

For those that do not know Jeremy Kyle is a talk show where the majority of the programs are guests appearing to have lie detectors taken, fix problems in relationships, problems with children - I am sure you get the picture.

I don't tend to watch it very often but the lie detector results can be funny to watch especially when they are not telling the truth - why do these people lie to a lie detector - I mean the a bit obvious what it is for! Sometimes when they have failed all the questions and still say that teh detector was wrong is so funny.

One good thing about this programme is Jeremy Kyle. He really does say what he thinks and if he believe someone is in the wrong he tells them and not always nicely! For some reason when he is being really tough on people he can come across as quite attractive. He is a good host but instead of watching this trashy telly I now listen to him on the radio instead!
